The best way to use the Bath Tea is to add it to the bath water in the tub, but you can also put it under the stream of the shower to get the aroma benefit. Tie bath bag under faucet so the water will go through the herbs as the bath tub fills with water.

To Use:
Fill the reusable cotton bag with about ½ cup (one ounce) and tie shut. Tie bath bag under faucet so the water will go through the herbs as the bath tub fills with water. Once the bath is full, remove the bag from the faucet and float in the water. You can also use the bags like a washcloth. Soak in the bath for 15-30 minutes. Bath teas can also be made by brewing an extra strong tea and pouring directly into the tub.
When you finished with your bath discard the herbs, rinse the bag out and hang up to dry. When it is dry you can reuse it for your next bath.
