Making with a Conscience

My life was like any modern, busy professional woman's, working and juggling time between work and my small children. After a health scare, my life changed.

I have always loved baked goods and desserts, a treat after a hard day's work. I'd indulge in them without knowing what was in these sweet treats or if they were overloaded with sugar.

I began to realize that the quality of ingredients and balance of ingredients matter. I ate only my own home-baked goods and explored recipes to make sure that everything I baked would have both flavor and the best balance of ingredients. Natural foods and no chemicals. No artificial preservatives nor coloring. I still eat my own baked goods to this day.

I also want to make sure people take the time to pull away and indulge in self-care, even if it is a quick few hours at home. This is why I have also started a self-care line for the busy individual.

Now I want to share these better baked goods and new healthful products with you. So you can indulge on occasion and be confident that you are eating healthfully. So you can indulge in self-care with wellness and spa-like products.
