I have always loved baked goods and desserts, a treat after a hard day's work. I'd indulge in them without knowing what was in these sweet treats or if they were overloaded with sugar. After a health scare, I began to realize that the quality of ingredients and balance of ingredients matter. I ate only my own home-baked goods and explored recipes to make sure that everything I baked would have both flavor and the best balance of ingredients. Natural foods and no chemicals. No artificial preservatives nor coloring. I still eat my own baked goods to this day. Now I want to share these better baked goods with you.
